Portal is an internal cloud service provider of IBM CDL. When I was asked to modify its interface, I interviewed a bunch of engineers who would be the future users of Portal, and most of them were 20-some interns. Based off their expectations of Portal's visual style, I redesigned the landing page as well as the signing-up page. The goal was to produce a young, creative and welcoming tech website.
