BAT (Business Analytics for Telecom) provides telecom with social network analytics, content analytics, deep mining and optimization that turn big data into actionable insights. The functional prototype was described by telecom professionals as "daunting", I addressed this by using vivid icons and clear head navigators which led users through the whole process effortlessly, and to ease their cognitive burden, I used distinct colors and subheadings to compartmentalize information.
